Responsible Gaming at 99xx0

Gaming should be enjoyable entertainment — not a source of stress or financial strain. 99xx0 gives every Bangladesh player the tools they need to stay in control and play with confidence.

All 99xx0 services are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players must be 21 years or older to register and participate in any gaming activity.

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At 99xx0, responsible gaming is not a policy footnote — it is central to how we operate every single day. We serve players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all of Bangladesh. That reach comes with a clear duty: gaming on this platform must remain a safe, fair, and positive experience for every user who chooses to play with us.

This page explains the practical tools available to you, the warning signs of gambling-related harm, and how to reach our support team if you or someone you care about needs help. Your well-being always comes first — please take a few minutes to read what follows.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available to You

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period. Contact our support team to set or adjust your limit at any time.

Self-Exclusion

Request a temporary self-exclusion of 1, 3, or 6 months — or a permanent exclusion. During any exclusion period your account is fully locked: no logins, no deposits, no promotional offers. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed. Activate this tool by contacting support.

Time-Out (Cool-Off)

Take a short break from 99xx0 for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. Your account remains open but you cannot log in or place bets during the period. Available immediately on request — reach out to our support team to activate.

Bonus Opt-Out

Prefer to play without bonus offers or promotional messages? Request removal from all marketing and bonus schemes at any time. Keeping your gaming budget clear and predictable is always an option at 99xx0.

Session Reminders

Enable on-screen reality-check alerts after every 30, 60, or 90 minutes of play. These prompts show how long you have been active and how much you have spent, helping you make informed decisions about continuing or stopping.

Account Closure

If you decide you no longer wish to use 99xx0, you can request a full permanent account closure at any time. Any pending withdrawal balance will be processed and paid out before the account is closed. Contact support to begin.

Recognising Signs of Problem Gambling

Gaming is entertainment, and for the vast majority of 99xx0 players it stays exactly that. However, for some people gambling can gradually become a problem. The warning signs below may suggest that gambling is negatively affecting you or someone close to you:

Spending more on gambling than you can afford, or borrowing money to fund your gaming sessions.

Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not playing, or when you try to reduce how much you gamble.

Chasing losses — placing bigger or more frequent bets in an attempt to win back money you have already lost.

Neglecting work, study, family responsibilities, or social relationships because of time spent gambling.

Hiding gambling activity from family members or friends, or lying about how much time or money you spend on it.

Using gambling as a way to escape stress, depression, loneliness, or problems in your daily life.

If you recognise any of these signs in yourself or someone you know, please do not wait. Contact the 99xx0 support team right away — getting help early makes a real and lasting difference.

How to Activate a Responsible Gaming Tool

Setting up any of the tools described on this page is straightforward and takes only a few minutes. Follow these four steps:

Reach Out to Support

Contact us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Our team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including all Bangladeshi public holidays such as Eid and Victory Day.

Name the Tool You Need

Tell the support agent exactly which tool you want to activate: deposit limit, self-exclusion, time-out, bonus opt-out, session reminders, or account closure. State the specific limit amount or duration you require.

Verify Your Identity

For account security, the team will ask you to confirm your registered mobile number. In some cases a brief KYC check may apply. This step protects your account from any unauthorised changes.

Receive Your Confirmation

Once processed you will receive a confirmation message. Deposit limit reductions and time-outs take effect immediately. Self-exclusion is applied to your account within one hour of confirmation.

Tips for Keeping Your Gaming Healthy

The majority of 99xx0 players enjoy the platform as a leisure activity without any issues. These practical habits help keep your experience positive over the long term:

Set a budget before you start every session and treat it as the price of entertainment — not money you expect to recover.
Set a time limit per session. Use 99xx0's session reminders and step away when the time is up — even when you are on a winning streak.
Never chase losses. If a session goes against you, accept the result and log off. Chasing losses is one of the most direct paths to serious gambling problems.
Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use rent, school fees, grocery money, or any other essential household funds for gaming.
Take regular breaks away from the screen. Spend time with family or friends — gaming should fit around your life, not the other way around.
Never play when stressed, emotionally upset, or under the influence of alcohol. A clear head leads to better judgment and a better experience overall.

Important: All game outcomes on 99xx0 are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). No betting strategy, timing pattern, or system can predict or change results. Play for fun — never as a guaranteed source of income.

Protecting Players Under 21

99xx0 is strictly an adults-only platform for users aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly allow any person under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on this site. All new accounts must confirm the account holder's age at registration, and accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) that may include a government-issued national ID or passport.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 21 in your household has accessed 99xx0, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and take all necessary steps, including account suspension and data removal where applicable under applicable law.

Get Support — You Are Not Alone

If gaming is causing stress, financial difficulty, or relationship problems for you or anyone you care about, our support team is here to listen — without judgment. We can activate any responsible gaming tool on your behalf, talk through your concerns, and point you toward the right resources. There is no shame in asking for help. Taking that step is a sign of strength, not weakness.
